Shipping policy

At Nortsom we work with limited productions and careful processes, so each order is prepared with care and calm.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days from confirmation of purchase, except in the case of products in pre-order, The estimated delivery time will be clearly indicated on the product sheet.

Domestic shipments

Deliveries are made from Spain by registered courier.

  • Peninsular Spain: estimated delivery in 24-72 working hours once the order has been shipped.

  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery times may vary and will be displayed during the checkout process.

International shipments

We ship internationally to different countries.
The delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated automatically during the checkout process before finalising the order.

Please note that for international shipments outside the European Union, the following may apply taxes, duties or customs duties, These are at the customer's expense and are not included in the price of the order.

Pre-order

The products available in pre-order will be shipped within the time period indicated in the product description.

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment will be made when the order is complete, unless otherwise stated.

Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by periods of high demand or for reasons beyond Nortsom's control.

Returns

At Nortsom you have a time limit of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your online order to request a return and get a refund.

During the month of December, The deadline for refunds will be extended until 9 January of the following year.

The first return is free of charge. From the second return associated with the same order, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Any complaint related to the delivery of the products must be communicated within a maximum time limit of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Items must be returned in their original state, We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Pre-order returns

Products purchased in pre-order products may be returned under the same conditions and within the same deadlines as indicated above. The return period will start from the date of delivery of the order.

Once the return has been received and approved, the reimbursement shall be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days., using the same payment method used for the purchase.
